Any use of the The PlanetaryMind.Org Website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms and Conditions”), as well as to PlanetaryMind.Org's Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Website will constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  1. Your PlanetaryMind.Org User Account. If you create a user account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You must immediately notify PlanetaryMind.Org of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. PlanetaryMind.Org will not be liable for any acts or omissions by You, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. PlanetaryMind.Org may from time to time take any measures PlanetaryMind.Org considers appropriate to manage the Website. PlanetaryMind.Org will advise you of any such change, and may do so in any reasonable manner, such as posting a change in a Site Announcements forum, or via the blog accessible at PlanetaryMind.Org.
  2. Responsibility of Contributors. If you post content to the Website, via blog, forums, or by any other means make material available by means of the Website (any such material, “Content”), You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content. That is the case regardless of whether the Content in question constitutes text, graphics, an audio file, computer software, etc. By making Content available, you represent and warrant that:

    • the Content is not obscene or libelous, and does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party, the Content does not contain references to sexuality in a pornographic sense, the Content does not promote hateful belief systems, such as racism, sexism, homophobia, etc., and does not include the use of slang terms or epithets related to these hateful belief systems (if you wish to post that sort of content, you need to visit a different website, this is not the place for it.), the Content is free of excessive use of offensive language; and
    • you have, in the case of Content that includes computer code, accurately categorized and/or described the type, nature, uses and effects of the materials, whether requested to do so by PlanetaryMind.Org or otherwise.
    • the posting of the Content does not constitute an illicit activity, or encourage visitors of the website to participate in illicit activities.

    By submitting Content to PlanetaryMind.Org, you grant PlanetaryMind.Org license to display said content in its original form and in altered forms, including reproductions, modifications, and adaptations.

Except to the extent applicable law, if any, provides otherwise, these Terms and Conditions, any access to or use of the Website will be governed by the laws of the U.S.A., excluding its conflict of law provisions, and the proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to any of the same will be the state and federal courts located in the U.S.A.. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties' original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. A waiver by either party of any term or condition of these Terms and Conditions or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. You may assign your rights under these Terms and Conditions to any party that consents to, and agrees to be bound by, its terms; PlanetaryMind.Org may assign its rights under these Terms and Conditions without condition.
